“Christmas for Everyone”: A Message of Unity and Joy from the Industrial Museum of Hermoupolis

In a warm and festive atmosphere, the Christmas event of the Municipality of Syros–Hermoupolis took place at the Industrial Museum on December 9th, 2025, with the participation of the children from the Special Nursery School of Ermoupolis.

The students enthusiastically decorated the Museum’s Christmas tree, bringing color and youthful energy to the museum grounds. At the same time, they had the opportunity to see up close the historic electric vehicle Enfield 8000, an iconic piece of Greek industrial heritage that impressed both young and old.

This initiative is part of the Municipality’s broader Christmas program, which aims to promote inclusion, openness, and meaningful experiences for all children of Syros. Under the motto “Christmas for Everyone”, the Industrial Museum sends a strong message of unity, love, and joy—reminding us that the holidays are, above all, a time for inclusion, offering, and community.
