Event held for the international day of persons with disabilities, at the Industrial Museum of Hermoupolis

The opening of the events for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities held at the Hermoupolis Industrial Museum, was crowned with great success. The Municipality of Syros–Hermoupolis, in collaboration with E.K.E.I.M. (Hellenic Centre for Research in Sound, Music and Speech), presented the basic principles and benefits of improvisation to educators and caregivers of individuals with learning disabilities.

Participants engaged with great interest and enthusiasm, highlighting the importance of creative expression and music as tools of inclusion and empowerment.
Delegated Education Councillor, Mr. Iosif Roussos, honoured the opening with his presence.

All activities and music therapy workshops will continue until December 3, 2025.
